The following information outlines the billing policy for all patients of the Ob-Gyn Group of Attleboro, Inc.  This includes members of those HMOs and PPOs.  We participate with Medicare, Medicaid and those who have commercial insurance, as well as no insurance. 

Payment is expected in full at the time that services are rendered, unless you have one of the following:

• Aetna
• Blue Chip
• Blue Shield of Massachusetts
• Blue Shield of Rhode Island
• Boston Medical Center Healthnet (BMC) 
• Cigna Health Plan
• Fallon Community Health Plan
• Harvard-Pilgrim Health Care
• Healthcare Value Management
• Healthy Start
• HMO Blue of Massachusetts
• Mass Health (Massachusetts Only)
• Medicare
• Neighborhood Health Plan
• One Health Plan
• Private Health Care Systems, Inc.
• Tricare
• Tufts Health Plan
• Unicare Network
• United Health Care

All co-payments and referrals needed in accordance with these insurances will also be required when office visit services are rendered.  If you fail to pay your co-payment, your insurance company will be notified.  If a referral is not obtained from your primary cary physician, you will be asked to sign a waiver making you responsible until your referral is received.  If your claim is then rejected for "no referral", payment will be expected from you in full.
